  Hospitality, integrity, humbleness are yet to be understood by the owners and managers of this boutique hotel. They started on the wrong foot by building it on the ruins of a former dance floor, then expanded it grossly by cutting trees in the park, closing alleys, installing a barrier on the street leading to the hotel. Now the manager is under criminal investigation and the alleged owner wanted and is hiding in Russia. The personnel of the hotel is heard complaining that it is an under cover brothel. In fact the window frames are red. Loud music is frequently played late into the night during summer time to the anger of the residents of the neighborhood. The police is helpless and useless in putting an end to the havoc.

  POOL NOT INCLUDED (despite being the main feature on all promotions) No working lifts, very rude management. Do not stay here, it is terrible
