  Kind of the ubiquitous restaurant in Bessarabia, even in nearby transnistria, which is politically at odds with Moldova. Think of Andy's menu as like a VIPs was twenty years ago; American right down to the pancakes. I had the omelet and was not disappointed. Did not try the pizza, but I would expect them to be more American than Italian, despite the interest here in Italian food.

  A very nice restaurant.
