::Am comandat 2 buchete de flori, desi ambele confirmari au fost corecte, unul din buchete a fost livrat la adresa gresita. Un buchet a fost livrat cu intirziere de 8 ore, celalat cu intirziere de 10 ore. Customer care... ca sa vorbesc cu Flowerscity mi-a luat ore de incercari continue de a-i suna si sute de apeluri. Clar ca nici nu rapsundeau, nici nu sunau inapoi. I ordered 2 deliveries. The order confirmations were fine, but one order was sent to a wrong address. At the end, one delivery was delayed by 8 hours and the other one by 10 hours... It took me hours and hundreds of attempts of continuous calls to reach to Flowerscity in order to explain to them all the mess they have done. Obviously during these hours nobody answered and nobody bothered to call me back. Even with this failure and delay, they planned to deliver my orders even later and they were genuinely surprised when I asked them to prioritize my deliveries.

::Отвратительный сервис. Заказали заранее букет и по концовке он был НИКАКОЙ. По состоянию букета казалось,что собрали его неделю назад. Очень жаль,т.к. отзывы были положительные,а персонал "великодушно" вернул деньги.
